Gym Is Open (Monday)

I missed the gym this morning...slept in again, stayed up too late with friends last night. I had to work today, but, will go to the gym this evening. Tomorrow, I do my first 5k walk for 4th of July! What did you do to move your body today? Lori

No exercise for me today. My cellulitis decided to flare up again, so I'm back on antibiotics and I feel too tired and floppy to exercise. Good luck with your 5K tomorrow! Kix

Hi Lori, I walked three miles outside. Hubby and I are going country/western dancing tonight...that should burn a few more calories. yeeehaw!!! Boot scoot and boogy!!! (((hugs))) Diana

Hi Lori, We had a good time. We love to people watch. We also enjoy dancing. Hubby will country dance with me but he won't dance to the hip-hop dance music. I have gotten enough self confidence that I go out and dance alone on the dance floor. I don't drink since my wls. I am too scared. Yes my dear you need to go dancing. It is so much fun. I actually met my dh at a country/western bar. Take care, Diana

I went to the fancy Y and swam half a mile. I did 100 water crunches. That's it. I couldn't do any arms or aerobics because I have a little job now and I didn't want to be late. But the job (checking on a guy with diabetes while his wife is at work) is right by the Y, so I have no excuse for not getting there at least five days a week.
