Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Sorry, I didn't ever get around to posting yesterday. I did, however, successfully complete the 5k walk I was in. And even walked an additional 2 miles once I got home...pretty good for me! This morning I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill for cardio, then I did: S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl) 2 X 10 Ball Fly with Ring 2 X 10 Ball One Arm Press with Ring 2 X 10 Grab Ankle leg push down 2 X 10 Pec Fly Machine (No seat) 2 X 10 Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift 2 X 10 Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides 2 X 10 Tricep cable pushdowns 2 X 10 DB Bicep curl 2 X 10 Cable Upright Row 2 X 10 Cable Squat 2 X 10 I'm very sore today though! Hi Lori, Glad to hear you completed your 5K walk. Way to go!!! Yesterday I walked two miles and did two miles on my gazelle. Today I walked two miles outside. I also did 4 1/2 miles on my gazelle. Take care, Diana

Hi Lori, I did a 35 min program on the treadmill and legs Calf press: 15x3 Leg curl: 15X3 Leg extension (I think that's the name): 15X3 Another leg lift type: 15x3 Abs: 10x4 Thigh machine: 15x3 Outer thighs: 15x3 Back Machine: 15x3 Glutes: 15x2 Hope everyone had a great workout! Jamie
