Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Sorry, I didn't ever get around to posting yesterday. I did, however, successfully complete the 5k walk I was in. And even walked an additional 2 miles once I got home...pretty good for me!
This morning I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill for cardio, then I did:
S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl) 2 X 10
Ball Fly with Ring 2 X 10
Ball One Arm Press with Ring 2 X 10
Grab Ankle leg push down 2 X 10
Pec Fly Machine (No seat) 2 X 10
Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift 2 X 10
Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides 2 X 10
Tricep cable pushdowns 2 X 10
DB Bicep curl 2 X 10
Cable Upright Row 2 X 10
Cable Squat 2 X 10
I'm very sore today though!
