HELLO LADIES

Hi how are you all? Tommorrow i go for my consultation for my surgery. I weigh for 448 and im 5;7 and 43 years old. Guess what else my neice came today with her ex bf and ask if we wanted to adopt her baby welll you know what i said? yeah baby so i wonna get my suegery over and have a few months before the baby gets here its a boy so it will make us 4 sons 23,14,12 and now... if you know any good names let me know....
