Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I'm back from my 4 days of Music fun in the mountains. I really had a great time. According to my pedometer, I average 7 miles a day in walking! That is 30 minutes on the treadmill every day, plus all my walking around being the "access control manager" for the festival.
Today, I was back to my regular routine.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then focused on legs and abdomen.

I feel so bad! Im guilty of falling off the exercise program! I havent been to the gym in awhile now... I know I know! BAD!! But I am going to get back on track tomorrow!!
Since I have failed to make it to the gym I have been good about using the pool at home more! I spent a whole hour jogging around the pool today.. Doesnt sound like much for exercise, but have you ever jogged in water?? Not easy to do!!
Thanks for reminding me I do need to get back to the gym!

Hey Lori I went to the gym yesterday but didn't post. I did arms and 18 mins on the treadmill.
Tonight I went and did:
40 min hill program...LOVE the hills..make my legs feel awesome!
I lifted legs tonight:
Leg Press: 3x15
Glutes: 2x15
Leg Extension: 2x15
Leg Curl: 2x15
Laying Down Leg Curl (?): 3x15
Abs: 3x10
Back Machine: 3x10
Adductor: 3x15
Abductor:3x15
My arms are still hurting from last night. After the gym I came home and did some yoga. It's hard to do here because you are supposed to do it with no distractions...this house is distraction central..lol..

Hi Sweetie, Seven miles is great. You are becoming a exercise nut. Doesnt the exercise feel great. I am sorry I havent been posting here much. Life has just been so busy. wedding, honeymoon, garden, kids, and the list goes on and on. But I have been walking as much as possible. And trying to get pilates in three times a week. Do you think the honeymoon exercise counts as pilates.
