Gym is Open (Wednesday)
Hi guys. I'm trying to kick up my exercise to see if I can get off this plateau. Here is what I did today:
Stability Ball Crunch w/weight
S Ball Knee Bend
S Ball Bridge
S Ball Bridge Curl-In
S Ball Oblique Twist
S Ball Elbow Raise
S Ball Pect. Fly w/ring
S Ball Pullover
S Ball Squat
Stability Disk Bicep Curl
Stability Disk Upright Row
Tricep Dips
Leg Curl Machine
35 minutes on the treadmill for cardio.
What did you do to move your body today?

I did a 35 mins random program on the tread tonight and it kicked my buns..
! I felt so good when I got off. I think I'm getting addicted to working out. I love it the way it makes me feel.
I did arms tonight and forgive me because I can't remember all the proper names..I should take my journal and get it down but I never remember so it will all be my best guess:
Multi biceps: 3x10
Push down arms: 3x10
Chest machine: 3x10
Pull up arms: 3x10
Bench Press: 3x10
Abs: 3x10
Back Machine: 3x10
Adductor: 3x15
Abductor: 3x15
Lift from the back: 3x10
My arms are burning..wheww but I feel soooo good.
