Well I got up at 5 am and was in the gym around 5:35. I walked on the treadmill for 30 min and the precore for 15 min. When I get home I might do another 30 min on my treadmill just to keep that fat burning. Hope you feel better tomorrow Lori. Lorraine

Lorraine, The twice a day exercise strategy is definitely best to keep the fat burning going. Good for you! Lori

Hi Lori, I am off today so I got to the gym early. Plus we are going out to eat tonight for my step-son's 18th birthday. I did two miles on my gazelle and walked two miles outside. I hope you feel better. Diana 379/173/?
