Roll Call, Come on in.
I thought a roll call was in order today, I have been so busy lately finding time to post is hard. I am sorry if I dont get time to answer but I usually read them. I hope everyone is having a great day today. Bob used to tell me all days are great. I think he is right everday just gets better and better. I have so much energy anymore. Sometimes I have to take a Xanax just to relax. And this is coming from a person that suffered from major depression for years.
well today I am power washing the house and trailer. we actually are getting the trailer ready to paint but thought since we had the washer we would do the house to. I hope it dont wash paint off the house. I have to be careful about that. It is aluminum siding so That is not really an option this year I dont think we could afford to paint it this year at least it isnt in our plans.
Well keep Bob in your prayers today it is his first day on diabetic meds. I am hoping they dont make him sick. He only has to take a pill. And luckily I figured out he was diabetic early so hopefully if I can get 50 pds off him then it will retreat. I have to make sure he eats breakfast after he takes his meds. At least until he get it in his routine to eat breakfast he has never been a breakfast eater and I know when taking diabetic meds that is important. Everyone have a great wonderful day.
I am glad to hear you are doing well with your ebay business. I have messed with ebay a little to see how it works but have never sold anything on there. I have bought a few things. As far as the child support thing, get everything that you can, you deserve it. I am glad the days of child support are done. I hated fighting that battle all the time. Seems like I spent as much money taking my ex to court as I got out of him. But he shouldent have told me I would never get a dime when I asked for enough money for a gallon of milk.
bob is 64 years old. Yes I married an older man. But the relationship seems to work for us. And seems to be get better and better. No he has never been in the militiary so that one is out. He will be able to get his medicare next march so if we can hang in there that long. The medizine was only 10 for a month so that wasnt bad, but those strips they are outrageously high. 67$ for 50 of them at wal-mart. Thank God the doc gave us the machine. Well I have to go bye love marie
Good morning Rie Rie...
I am up an at em today. Or so I think I am lol. I worked very hard around here yesterday cleaning and going thru junk upstairs. So today is downstairs... Fun fun...Yes Sandra, it is so hot here that when I posted the weight for mondays I said I should weigh 12lbs from all the sweat and heat. It has been so unbearable lately.... But the last few days we have gotten some rain. So that was a blessing in itself. I also married a older man. Leon is twelve years older. Ill be 46 next Wednesday ( or so my twin will be lol ) and he will be 58 in September. Been married going on 30 in a few years so guess ill keep him lol... Im all siked up and doing things around here because my buddy, my partner in crime, my angel Tanja is coming for a visit in October from North Dakota. And I have been so busy wanting to do things that we have been putting off and so now im running around here like a crack head lol... Gotta long honey do list waiting on Leon. Lol... We are even putting in hardwood floors that we have been talking about for years and never have done. So as you can see its a list and a half. But not really because Tanja is coming but would be nice to have them done by the time she comes lol.... So see, im using her as an excuse to get the fire out from under leons butt lol....
Have a great day to all..... Hugs Marge
Well we were going to clean the trailer with a power washer today, but there is no water at the trailer. Cause the people renting it didnt pay the bill. So I am writing them an eviction notice cause I am tired of their excuses, cops are there ever weekend and now this. I have been warning them and they wouldnt listen.
Can I borrowel Tanja as I would like to sat a fire under Bobs butt to do our hardwood floors too. We have argued about that cause I want hardwood and we have them they would just have to be sanded and stained and vanished with pyleurtheine. But he doesnt want them. I am letting it go this year but next year I am tackling the dining room weither he wants to or not.
Anyway hope you and Tanja have fun. good luck love marie
Hi Marie! I'm sorry to hear about your hubby's diabetes but glad you caught it early!! You know with men it's hard to get them to the doctor and to take care of themselves..well it's hard for me to but..it's REALLY hard to convince them something might be wrong. Sometimes ya just gotta crap the whip and put your foot down!
My husband was out training and came home with this HUGE swollen ankle and I said how in the world did that happen? His answer..I jumped our of my truck and into a hole..it was dark and I jumped in a hole. So then of course I'm thinking you went through the rest of the training like that??!! Me? I would have hobbled on up to the doc and had them look at it..NOT HIM he strapped his boots on it every single day and went about his daily business. That was over a month ago and he STILL hasn't seen a doctor and it STILL doesn't look normal.....men you just never know with them?!
HUGS,
Jamie
