Gym is Open (Tuesday)
I did make it to the gym last night for my evening walk. I miss my walks outside, but, can't tolerate the 100+ temperatures. It will be interesting to see if I can stick with going to the gym twice a day...morning and night...as long as I bring my clothes with me to work so that I don't have to go home first, I'll probably stick with it. I do love the results I'm getting, not so much in pounds lost now, but, in shaping up!
Here is what I did today:
40 minutes treadmill
SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec
Machine Back Extension 3 x 10
SB Wall Squat 3 x 8
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15
And...back tonight for another 30 minutes walk.

Hey there Lori,
Glad to see you are doing better. Well I got up at the crack of dawn and went to the Gym. Today was a good day worked out for 45 min this morning 30 min on the precore machine and 15 min on the treadmill. I am feeling great and loving the way I am feeling. Just this morning I burned 480 calories I haven't even ate that many calories today yet. Any way keep up the good work I will post my progress next month. My doctor only has us coming to see her every 3 months. Well talk to ya soon.
