Whatcha swallow yesterday (Wednesday)
I'm on pre-op liquid
Breakfast: 8oz water, Vitamins, coffee, protien shake.
"Snack": 1 20oz bottle water w/ SF Green tea to go mandrin mango.
Lunch: chicken soup
Large glass cold water in between
Dinner: Protien shake
before bed: 2 cups hot camomile tea
I got at LEAST 64 oz liquids as every time I felt hungry I drank something instead.
