Breakfast optipure shake with decaf coffee 50 grams of protein snack: protein bar 30 grams of protein Lunch: Baked potato with i cant believe its not butter and light sour cream snack: 10 almonds Dinner: chicken salad with ff ranch dressing only 48 ounces of water...bad bad bad

I have been without power at home and at work since Monday evening, so eating and drinking has not been what it should! Breakfast:3/4 of a sausage burrito Lunch:Cobb Salad Dinner:Cold pizza about 50 oz of liquids, not all water. Leeanne

I'm on pre-op liquid Breakfast: 8oz water, Vitamins, coffee, protien shake. "Snack": 1 20oz bottle water w/ SF Green tea to go mandrin mango. Lunch: chicken soup Large glass cold water in between Dinner: Protien shake before bed: 2 cups hot camomile tea I got at LEAST 64 oz liquids as every time I felt hungry I drank something instead.

Hi Lynn, My protein bar is from GNC and called Nitrotech. Its 30 grams of protein with 8 grams of net carbs. My trainer recommended it and I like the taste of the chocolate caramel nut. Deb
