flying in to say howdy

On my way to work but just wanted to say hi to everyone. The new insulin is doing a great job my levels are going down to a good range. Im feeling good sticking to WW my uniform is getting bigger. Not sure if the scale is moving but I am feeling good. I love you all keep up the good work. Come September 5th when I return to the weight loss center wonder what they will tell me then. Next week I can return to my health club for a while. Annie
