pity party
So am 7months out down from394 to 279 size 34-22 and feel pretty sucessfull...yet I can't get away from feeling like a complete cow!! I am doing the right things and even been going to the gym. Is it normal for me to worry that I am done loosing? My goal is 200 I would like to be 1 pound below but 200 would be great for me. I feel like I won't loose anymore. Maybe my body has stabelized and this is it. Sorry for the wah wah wah I just needed to put it out there.
Anyone else ever feel the same way?

Don't be discouraged. You guys are forgetting about plateaus and I do mean there can be more than one plateau. I weight about the same as you and am out by 1 1\2 yrs. But I'm not losing because I no****ching what I eat. It could also be not eating enough and your body thinks you're trying to starve it. Hang in there, a plateau can last for weeks or months. Just remember how you felt when you were bigger and you'll feel better. I know, I do feel the same way. But I need to watch what I eat and step up the exercise.

Have you calculated your BMI lately? I'll bet you will be pleasantly surprised. Do you realize that you have averaged a weight loss of almost 16 and a half pounds per month!! Your are not done losing by a long shot. I recently went a while losing only two pounds and went down two sizes. Check out the difference that made in my profile pictures. Amazing what our bodies will do. I haven't lost much in a while because I have been goofing off, but I have made a major recommitment to my plan. Wish me luck. You will acheive your goal. Heck, you may even surpass it. You must be pretty tall. I started out at 344 @ 5'2' and my BMI was higher than yours. Are you eating enough? If you aren't your body will go into starvation mode.
