Whatcha swallow today (friday)

The question you should be asking is what didn't i eat today..lol.
B- Atkins Shake
L- big Salad with about 4 oz of left over chicken cordon bleu cut up over it with about 3 or 4 table spoons of blue cheese dressing, with swiss cheese
S- 1 cup of No sugar added butter pecan ice cream
1 mini peanut butter cup
about 10 gold fish
2 frozen snickers (minis)
2 hershey kisses
(the minis aren't the small size ones..they are the one bite ones)
D- 2 tacos with tomatoes, cheese and onions
S-5 mini cheddar cheese rice cakes
Snickers Marathon bar (low carb variety)
2 slices of swiss cheese
I'm still a hungry so i'll have something...i'm just not sure what though.....something high in protein low in carbs...i've already had my fill of carbs for the day. For the record when it says snacks...they were more like meals. I usally eat 5 times a day...so i'm not grazing all day. Although the mini snickers and hershey kisses were calling out from the freezer..lol those didn't get eatten with a meal.

btw i've already gotten in 100 oz of water...i'll probably have a bit more with my late night snack later...so i'm guessing i'll come in at 120 oz of water for the day. I swam for a few hours with my son in the pool...i usually do a few laps and then we play a tag game where we have bases on opposit ends of the pool....a fun way to do extra laps..lol.
