WOW Moments popping up everywhere!!

Check out my new size XL (to think in March I was sqeezing into 30/32 stretch jeans) workout pants..WOOO HOOO I'm getting there!! I still have a belly and a big behind but I'll get there..! I carried these babies to the dressing room and thought "I don't know about this" and then I put them on and was pleasantly surprised. I have one other pair of size XL but they aren't Nike so I was very shocked that these fit. This is the best feeling ever!! Another little wow moment I RAN on the treadmill at the gym on Friday. During my hill program when it hit flat road I ran until the program reached another hill. I've been off the boards for awhile and I checked back in and was shocked!!! I had to go to your profile the other day and look at all your pics!!! You look great!!!!! I haven't tried the "running" thing yet. I'm too scared!!! Still. Can you believe that. I've lost 197 pounds and I'm scared to run. LOL. Go figure. Keep track of all your WOW moments. I did/do. When I'm have a bad day or a moment, I go back and look through them all and it makes me smile and appreciate everything I have done. Take Care! Carmella

Thank you so much Carmella!! How are you doing? I was worried about running too. It seems something that should come so naturally doesn't to us?! I mean most people just get out there and run and me well..I've probably done it 4 times in my whole life and 2 of those times were before middle school so it was prettttttttty scary... I'll tell ya what motivated me, my neighbor had huge hips and a butt like mine so she said when she started running on the tread it vanished. I thought hmmm....can I do it...will it work....better try....so I did. Carmella....1-9-7 POUNDS OMG that is SOOOOOOOOO FANTASTIC!!! Hey Jamie, Girl, you are looking goooood!!! And you should stick with pastel colors. You pull them off very well. But I cant get over how different you look. What is it about losing weight that makes the years seem to come off to? Maybe its because we feel better, healthier and happier and the younger thing is just a bonus lol... Either way. You look amazing. And what a cool tattoo. Me and tanja are gonna go get one when she comes to visit in October. She just has one already and I am a lil nervous. Ive never had one. So this will be a first.... Im not huge on tattoo's but the tiny rebel in me wants out lol. So we are gonna get something with chinese writing. Im leaning torward "nana" ... Aint I a rebel? Lol hell, "margaret" would be to longer and hurt like a mother lol... And ill always be a nana just like margaret lol...Keep up the great work girl!!! Hugs Marge

Marge get that tat girl you can do it!! My best friend in the world laughs so hard at me because everyone considers me to be reserved and then one day I came in flashing my tattoo. NO ONE can believe that at one time I had my lip pierced. It didn't last long my husband refused to kiss me with it. I have to admit I have a little rebel hiding in my too and sometimes she just likes to peek her head out and say HI! I have at times regretted my tattoo. I've tried to cover it taking the kids to school and actually had a few people tell me how pretty it was so I said well if they don't like they don't have to look at so I don't cover it anymore. I REALLY want to get another one but I haven't decided where yet. This one on my leg turned out to be larger than I wanted but oh well. It was black and white and I picked out the colors to go in it. This time around I want something to symbolize my new life. I haven't decided exactly what that is yet but I'll keep looking. It's so funny when my Grandmother came here to take care of me after surgery she was helping me dress one morning and looked down and said "is that real?" I've had it for 4 years and she's just now noticing.. I think as the weight drops our rebels will itching to get out more and more and you know what that means??>>>>FUN FUN FUN!!!!
