Breakfast: slimfast protein bar (15 grams protein) 1 bite (just one!) of double chocolate donut Lunch: 4 chicken nuggets with ranch dressing Snack: almonds (15) Dinner: 2 mozzarella sticks with ranch dressing BAD BAD BAD EATING DAY!! BACK ON TRACK TODAY
