I am trying to loose weight before surgery. I want to drink two protien shakes a day and 1 high protien meal. Will someone please help me in suggesting the "better" protien shakes? Thank you!

I'm currently drinking Isopure Protein shakes. It comes in a huge 3 lb tub (I bought it at GNC and got it on sale for 37 dollars and it lasts a long time) and I mix mine with milk. I have tried chocolate and strawberry flavors and like both. When I was only a few days out I tried EAS, achieve one, and some others but I can't remember the name. I've just stuck with the Isopure I can mix it myself and it tastes pretty good. Two scoops have 50 grams of protein. I drink one scoop in the morning and one scoop at night and sometimes one mid afternoon. I'm in the losing hair phase of surgery so I'm trying to get in all my protein. Good luck with your taste testing..that's the hardest part finding one that works. I didn't really care for Isopure pre-op I mean it was okay but I didn't think I'd be drinking it as much as I am now. I guess our taste buds do change.. Jamie

I like the ISOFRUIT DELITE in the cantaloupe flavor, mixes almost instantly with water and is light and fruity tasting like lemonade instead of heavy and thick like a shake!

I like the Atkins canned shakes. They're very tasty.

The two I love - Unjury chocolate and Nectar Roadside Lemonade. I mix a Crystal light lemonade with the Roadside and it's wonderful and refreshing! Janet

Hi, I have two protein shakes that I love. They are both made by Scitec. Vanilla very berry and Chocolate coconut. One scoop for 8 ounces = 20 proteins. I ordered them online. Good luck, Diana
