Gym Is Open (Monday)
Here is what I did at the gym today:
35 minutes treadmill, then
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10

Oh you should go. I love sneak movie previews. There are a couple
of movies coming out this Friday I want to see. We want to see
Talladega Nights. I want to take my neice to see Barnyard. It looks
cute. I am debating about The Night Listener with Robin Williams.

I thought I'd switch it up and do my toning first then cardio. I like to keep the ol' body guessing!
lower body toning and abs (I did the original "Buns of Steel" tape with Greg Smithy - it's really full body toning as it includes some upper body work, push ups and crunches - but the main focus is lower body. Let me tell you, he works you good and hard!!)
Followed by an hour of cardio dance.
My heart rate monitor is on the fritz, so I hope and pray that I stayed in my target heart zone. I can't always tell by my perceived exertion. I think I need a new battery in it.
My trainer wants me to only do 15 minutes of cardio, then my weight lifting/toning, then go back to cardio. She says I'll lift more and push myself harder if I haven't tired myself out so with cardio. I think she is right. So, I've been doing that lately.
Your routine looks great though!
I also wear a heart monitor. My trainer says I've been working out at too high a heart rate for fate burning. It is hard to slow down when you are used to it, but, I have been on such a stall as far as weight loss goes, I'm willing to try anything!
