I did 50 minutes of cardio followed by upper body toning (I used one of those resistance cords rather than free weights to change things up a bit) and a pilates based ab workout.

Good for you! Isn't pilates a killer? It is so effective though. I need to work it into my routine more often.

1/2 mile on treadmill at 3.5 miles per hour (thats perty fast for me) 1 hour of circuit training with my trainer

Deb, Given my knee issues, I find if I go faster than 3.5 I hurt my knees. I think it is a pretty good clip! Good for you for working with a trainer! Lori
