I did go to the gym last night and did everything I planned to and more! But, I didn't go this morning! Seems I'm having a hard time with my schedule of 5 am this summer. I don't go to bed early enough. So, back to the gym tonight! What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I know what you mean I was late this morning so I only got in 45 min but it was better than not going today at all. I feel wonderful I am enjoying getting up in the morning and doing my thing but I sure like to sleep in the morning. Have a great day Lori. Lorraine

Lorraine, The morning is the best time. When you get your body used to the routine of going to bed early and getting up early, it isn't hard...but, with my busy summer, my life has been anything but routine. So, if I do miss a morning, like today, I make myself go that evening...again, it is not bad once I get there, but, easier to talk myself out of! Keep it up Lorraine, you are doing great! Lori

I am planning 45 - 60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning (prolly standing leg work since I did floor work the day-before-yesterday) and abs.

Sounds great. I was just curious, since I'm struggling, are you at the goal weight you want to be at yet? I know we had our surgeries about the same time. Lori

Nope, not at goal and also struggling to get there. I'm only 5'2" with a small body frame and my goal is 135. I still have over 30 pounds to go. How much more do you have to go to get to your goal? I am pleased with my progress seeing that I started out at 303 with a BMI of 55.4. I am still clinically obese, though because my BMI is still slightly over 30. Don't worry, Lori, we'll get there! It may not be as quickly as we want it to happen but it will happen! We don't stop losing altogether at 18 months, and anyone who thinks that is just dead wrong. Hugs, Tracy

Tracy, I currently weight 235.5. I started at 384. I'd sure like to get to 199, if at all possible! Guess it is just going to take me longer. I'm tall, 5'9" and can carry a lot, I just want to be under 200!!!! We can do this! Lori

You folks that work out in the morning are amazing to us non-morning people. I'm lucky to roll out of bed and make it to work on time!!! I like working out at the end of the day though, so no problems there. I'm going to the gym after work today for 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Watch out sweat, here I come Kellie

I hear you, Kellie. I am a "morning person" but I still prefer evening workouts to work off the stress of the day. After a good workout and a relaxing shower, my body is totally ready for sleep! Tracy

Kellie, I don't really consider myself a morning person. I just like getting the day started off with exercise. Anyway, the important thing is that we are consistent, no matter what time of day! Hope you had a good workout! Lori
