Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Hi Guys!
I did make it to the gym this morning. I really like working out early and being done with it. It is just hard some days.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then focused on abs and lower body:
Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10
Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10
Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10
Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15
Machine Leg Press 2 x 8
Front bend, back extension 2 X 10
Abs machine
Hip flexor machine
Reverse crunches
