Gym Is Open (Thursday)

Hi Guys! I did make it to the gym this morning. I really like working out early and being done with it. It is just hard some days. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then focused on abs and lower body: Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10 Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10 Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10 Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15 Machine Leg Press 2 x 8 Front bend, back extension 2 X 10 Abs machine Hip flexor machine Reverse crunches What did you do to move your body today? I did a half-mile on the armbike, with one arm. My arm decided it was tired, so I couldn't get in the full mile today. I also have to go to the clinic later for blood draw, so I'll at least get in some walking. Other than that, it's a pretty low energy day for me. Kix

Sorry to hear you are feeling low energy. It happens to me a couple of times a week too!

Lori, I went and bought groceries! Does that count?? Other than shopping I didnt much of anything today.. I need to get myself moving again, I just havent found the energy yet. Glad to hear your doing so well with your exercise! Amber

Amber, Grocery shopping used to be such a big chore for me. Now that I've exercised so much, I think nothing of it! Just start slow. Take a 10 minute walk, then add a bit each day. You'll get back on track! Lori
