Sorry I'm posting so late. I wanted to wait until my pre-op testing appt this afternoon, since I knew I was going to get weighed at the clinic. When I came home, my DSL decided to act up. One wee****il surgery! I am so sick of Optifast that I'm actually looking forward to the clear diet. Beginning weight: 530 Surgery weight: pre-op Last week: 408 This week: 402! Kix
