What did you eat today?
Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup All Bran original
1 sliced banana
1 cup 1% milk
Snack:
venti non-fat latte w/ sugar-free vanilla syrup
Lunch:
1 slice Brownberry natural wheat bread
3 slices turkey lunch meat
1 slice 2% Deli Deluxe American cheese
1 tbsp. light mayo
lots of leaf lettuce on my open-face sandwich
1 cut-up nectarine
Snack:
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp. sugar-free preserves
1/2 cup blueberries
2 packets Splenda
(I smoosh the preserves, then mix in the cottage cheese and Splenda. Add the blueberries last and gently mix.)
Dinner:
5 oz. lean grilled steak
3/4 cup steamed broccoli
Snack:
sugar-free fudgsicle
