What did you eat today?
Hey folks I have the absolute worst migraine ever so I haven't eaten much this morning. I wanted to go ahead and get the thread started so please post and let's see what everyone is eating today.

So far a small bowl of Oh's cereal..don't ususally have cereal of any kind but just wanted something on my stomach...BIG HUGE MISTAKE it made me sooo sick. Long story short I was laying on the couch with a trashcan and feeling like death. I think I might take a little bit of my Loratab from surgery is this migraine keeps up.

Jamie and Amber, I'm sorry both of you are suffering with migraines today. I am grateful that I have never had a migraine -- I get sinus headaches on occasion and those are bad enough.
As for eating -- Optifast, what else?!
I am focusing on Friday when I can have clear liquids, sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, etc. I plan to have won ton soup broth for dinner on Friday. YUM!

I hope you both feel better lets see today what did I eat: 1 protien bar for breakfast. Lunch consisted of 3 slices of turkey 30 calories each and 1 oz of cheese 3 triskets sanck I had some sunflower seeds. Tonight I will be have steamed veggies and a pork chop and I might have some fruit or something.

L~ low carb peanut butter and sugar free jelly on low carb bread and s/f jello

Hey Jamie,
Hope you and Amber get to feeling better. I think my urinary infection is under control. Boy, it just aint our week huh? I havent wanted to eat alot but have to make myself. So here it is..
B- banana yogurt
l- 1/4 cup shredded cheese, yogurt
s- few bites cottage cheese and peaches
d- made small pot of chilli. Ate about 1/2 cup
gonna have protein drink before bed
And have been drinking all day. Including some nasty cranberry juice (light)

Here's what I ate Tuesday:
Breakfast:
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry preserves
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup All Bran original cereal
(it took me a while to eat this)
Snack:
grande decaf non-fat latte
Lunch:
1 slice hearty wheat bread
3 slices turkey lunch meat
1 slice 2% Deli Deluxe American cheese
1 tbsp. light mayo
10 wheat thins
2 tbsp. hot cheese dip
Snack:
1 cup cherries
Dinner:
5 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup collard greens
Snack:
1 Edy's no sugar added fruit bar
1/2 cup Poppy**** (bad choice, I know)

(who feels like she's eating a lot, but I'm working out almost every day and have lost 7 pounds in the last week. am beginning to think that i was stalling my weight loss by eating too little. never thought that would happen...)
