Hi guys. Went to the gym this morning and here's what I did:
40 minutes treadmill
Stability Ball Crunch w/weight
S Ball Knee Bend
S Ball Bridge
S Ball Bridge Curl-In
S Ball Oblique Twist
S Ball Elbow Raise
S Ball Pect. Fly w/ring
S Ball Pullover
S Ball Squat
Stability Disk Bicep Curl
Stability Disk Upright Row
Tricep Dips
Leg Curl Machine

Getting back on routine here (finally) ... today:
Started using the stability ball here last week. Since I do all my working out at my phys therapy center, I don't know all the proper "gym" names for things, and still can't do any "twisting" because of my back, but today I did:
Stability Ball with straight arm forward weight raises
S Ball with Heel-Toe raises
S Ball with Pole-grip presses
S Ball with Upper body overhead stretches
S Ball with Stretch band pull-backs for lats
Step therapy for leg strength-building (not the cardio type)
Hamstring stretches
Achilles stretches
Shoulder stretches
Nautilus weight machine: bicep pull-downs and tricep pull-backs
Arm bike (5 min forward push, 5 min backward pull)
10 min NuStep Crosstrainer (I reaaaaaaally like that machine!)
20 min treadmill

Hi Lori, I walked today and did some pilates. Have I ever told you that I do my pilates on the bed. I am afraid to get on the floor because I have such a hard time getting up from the floor. Partly because of my back and partly because of my weight. Maybe one of these days I will get brave enough to try it. have fun love marie
