Gym Is Open (Thursday)

Today was a rushed day at the gym, but, at least I made it. I am heading out for Boston tomorrow for a week, so Diana said she would keep the gym open while I'm gone as I will have limited computer access. I hate that all this increased airport security is happening just when I have a trip! Oh well. I just hope my makeup and stuff doesn't explode in my checked luggage. (Like it has in the past.) Anway, I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the recumbant bike. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Lori, Have a good and safe trip! Im sure the airports are going to be crazy with everything going on! I am recovering today from a long night.. I got more exercise yesterday then I have in weeks. Most of it was cleaning the house and running around the yard, but boy do I feel it today! Tonight DH and I are hitting the gym. Ill spend atleast 30 minutes on the elliptical and hoping for a quick round of weights for upper body! See you when you get back! Amber

Safe travels to you and here's hoping your make-up, etc. doesn't blow up in your luggage! Two exercise plans for me today - I'll head to the gym after an early afternoon conference call for 40 minutes on the elliptical. And I'll go to my water aerobics class for 45 minutes after work. I like the days when I get in two workouts, plus the water aerobics is a lot of fun. Good luck to everyone who's moving to lose today! Kellie

It has been ranning all day, stuck indoors so I have done my pilates twice and put in a strenghtening exercise CD also. And I will do my walking CD later after supper I would imagine. love marie

Today was a run-around-errand day ... so no formal therapy or workout. I will *WILL* fit in some stretch band exercises tonight though, I've promised myself that. Have a good time in Boston, and keep an eye out. Be safe! Myra G

HI Lori, I did an hour on my gazelle while watching Big Brother. I burned 725 calories. woohoo!!! I also walked one mile outside. It rained and I wasn't able to go when I usually do. Have a safe trip. Like I said before have fun. Don't work too hard. (((hugs))) Diana

I did "Buns of Steel Step 2000", which is 30 minutes of step aerobics followed by 20minutes of hip, thigh, and butt toning exercises.
