Greetings from Boston! I'm having a great time on my trip. I had travel hassles getting here like I thought. Guess enough travelers got the message and packed appropriately that security went faster than ever! I've been getting a ton of exercise here. Yesterday, I walked 5.5 miles sight seeing. Today, I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the treadmill. It was packed so I didn't do any of my strength training. I am sure I'll get in at least 2 to 3 more miles walking today. I'm in a conference, but, it is just far enough from my hotel that just to go back and forth to meetings is quite a jaunt. I could never have done this 150 lbs ago! My sister and nephew from Nebraska are doing this trip with me. They are sight seeing during the day while I'm at the conference. They are having a great time. The weather has been perfect. Not hot, not humid! Is this actually Boston in August? I hope you are all doing well! Thanks for keeping the gym open Diana! Hugs to all, Lori
