Hi Diana, here's my plan: 40 minute step aerobics class (one of the Buns of Steel Step workouts) followed by lower body toning and ab work (Buns of Steel targeted toning series).

Hi Diana! Well, I'm getting lots of walking in here in Boston. I got in 5.5 miles yesterday. Today I went to the gym this morning and walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I got in 2 miles there and I've walked 2 miles since the gym...(still wearing my pedometer), so will probably top yesterday's totals by tomorrow. Now, about my eating while in Boston...lets just say that it will be good to get home, I haven't passed on too many temptations and they abound when you at a user's conference! Lori

Hi everyone, Today I mowed the grass in my front yard and back yard. I worked up a big sweat. I also did two miles on my gazelle. (((hugs))) Diana
