Official 3 month checkup

Well today was my official weighing in at my doctor's office. We went over how my eating was going and she stated that I was doing fine. My loss for my 3 month check up is 22 pounds for a grand total of 75 pounds. I am so excited. I know now that this is a God thing and I am so grateful for the tool he has given me. Ok now on another not I went to Palm Springs last week and while I was gone my kitchen caught on fire. My oldest daughter was cooking French fries and locked herself out side. I am just happy she is doing ok since she was outside she wasn't hurt. I am however looking forward to going back home soon. I won't be logging on here very often for awhile but know that I will be thinking about you all and praying for your continued success. Well that's all for now I will update again. Lorraine

Looks like I will be getting a new kitchen in the proccess. But everyone is ok.

Hey Lorraine, I am sorry to hear about your house fire. I know that was a terrible thing to go thru. But on the brighter side. At least noone was hurt. And weigh to go on the pounds gone forever!! Keep up the great work! Hugs Marge
