Gym is open (Friday)
Good morning!!
Believe it or not I was at the therapy center at 5 am today and did my workout. It was totally deserted and I had the whole place to myself. Here's my workout today:
10 mins Arm Bike (5 min forward push, 5 min backward pull)
10 mins treadmill
10 mins recumbant crosstrainer (have I said I love this machine?!?)
heel-toe raises, stability ball
arm raises, 1 lb weight, stability ball
3 sets of 8, arm pull-backs, Nautilus machine
3 sets of 8, arm pull-downs, Nautilus machine
3 sets of 15, bicep curls, 3 lb weight
3 sets of 15, arm to the side, 3 lb weight
12 wall-sits

Hi Diana,
I didn't make it to the gym this morning, but, I did walk about 1.5 miles to the bus stop so that I could ride it for the next 2 hours to go pick up my car. It is finally fixed after my cra**** took them about 3 weeks. I did bring along my gym clothes and hope to make it after work tonight.
I had a great trip to Boston, but, it is nice to be home!
