Wow this gives me so much hope!!!!! I am 431 now at the highest I was 470. I am still Pre-OP. I was going into this with the expectations of losing down to like 250-275 at the most..... I really haven't set any goals as of yet... CONGRATS!!!!!! I know I can do it too with hard work and determination! miss virgo
