Gym Is Open (Monday)
Hi guys,
Sorry I haven't been on the computer since Friday and I've been in meetings all morning.
I went to the gym this morning and did:
45 minutes treadmill
then
S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl)
Ball Fly with Ring
Ball One Arm Press with Ring
Grab Ankle leg push down
Pec Fly Machine (No seat)
Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift
Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides
Tricep cable pushdowns
DB Bicep curl
Cable Upright Row
Cable Squat
What did you do to move your body today?
