Hi guys, Sorry I haven't been on the computer since Friday and I've been in meetings all morning. I went to the gym this morning and did: 45 minutes treadmill then S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl) Ball Fly with Ring Ball One Arm Press with Ring Grab Ankle leg push down Pec Fly Machine (No seat) Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides Tricep cable pushdowns DB Bicep curl Cable Upright Row Cable Squat What did you do to move your body today? If I can get the doc to pull this PICC line on Wed., I'll be back doing armbike. In the meantime, I did a short walk, which was unsatisfying. Kix

Kix, You are rearing to go aren't you??? Once you do get off these restrictions there will be no stopping you. Just keep taking the short walks...it will come!!! Still quite proud of you! Lori

Since I can't walk very far, I don't find the short walks invigorating. With the armbike, I can exercise for an hour, which makes me feel like I really did exercise. Thanks for the nice words! Kix

Hey Lori, Well i walked on the treadmill for 30 min this morning and I think I will do it again tonight and some upper body workout too. I am thinking about going swiming I will figure that out later. Lorraine

Excellent Lorraine, I've found it hard to be consistent at this, but, if you do exercise 2 times a day you are in fat burning mode the full 24 hours. They say that you get about 12 hours out of each session. I'm good with my first session each day, kind of hit and miss with the second session. Lori

Exercise for me on Monday was 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work. I always feel good when I'm done! Kellie
