Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

I went to the gym this morning and did 45 minutes on the treadmill, then:

S Ball Pullover
S Ball Squat
Stability Disk Bicep Curl
Stability Disk Upright Row
Tricep Dips
Leg Curl Machine
What did you do to move your body today?

My friend got me a guest pass to her gym, so we're meeting up to do a 60 minute step aerobics class tonight. It will be the first time I've worked out at a gym since WLS. I'm already having all kinds of "looking like a big, flabby fool in front of everyone" anxiety. I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks, Lorraine. You're so sweet! As soon as I walked into the gym and saw all of the buff guys lifting weights and rail thin girls running at a full-out sprint on the treadmills, I wanted to turn around and walk right back out. But my friend caught me before I could. Anyway, the step class went pretty well - I managed not to trip over my own feet, fall off of my step or otherwise embarrass myself. I was self-conscious about my armskin flapping but I don't think anyone was paying attention.
It was a good class, but I still prefer working out in the privacy of my own basement.
