Its been 1 year!
Where did the time go?? Its been a whole year as of today since my surgery! So much has changed, not just my weight either! My entire life has changed completely!
I went from 328 the morning of surgery down to 142 today.. I managed to lose 186lbs!! My health has turned around completely- Im now considered healthy!!
The journey has had many ups and downs.. Moments of weakness, bad food choices, and just plain stupidity.. Each time I fell, I found a way to pick myself back up.. I never gave up..

Boy! A year has flew by huh? Well.... Im sure sometimes it didnt feel that way lol... You have done so great and look so healthy and happy. You sure can say that sister about there being ups and downs. We sure dont want anybody out there in newbie land to think its a piece of cake all the time... We can all vouch for that. But you never gave up and kept on going. And that is the most important thing. We have always failed when came to diets. That is why we all came here to start with. But you find a way to adjust and make it work. I am so proud of you!! And dont worry about weaknesses and bad food choices. We are all human and thats what makes us who we are. So you keep on doing great and enjoy life to the fullest. And by the way.... Loved the pics on your profile. Everyone seems like they are always having such a good time when together. Reminds me of my bunch of coconuts when all together lol...
