Gym is Open (Wednesday)
I had a rough time getting up this morning. I got to the gym 1/2 hour late, so I only had time for 45 minutes cardio on the treadmill. If I have the energy, I plan on going to a new pilates class my gym is now offering tonight...my only concern is that is not until 8 pm and I'm usually pretty dead by then.
What did you do to move your body today?

Hi Lori, it's my "light/no weight training day". Planning a 30 minute light cardio class (Esquire's "Light and Easy workout") followed by ab work (Crunch's "Fat Burning Ab Attack").
Enjoy your Pilates class. I used to HATE Pilates, but honestly I've come to love, love, love Pilates based ab exercises!
P.S. I'm going to be off of wor****il after Labor Day. No fun trip or anything - just vacationing on the couch!
I don't have good internet access at home, so I'll chat with you all in a couple of weeks!
P. P.S. Say a prayer for me that I don't eat myself silly while I'm at home.

Couldn't wait for the gym post today so I'm going to post about my workout last night. I'm SOOOO glad I went. It was boring as he**..no music, no one to chat with BUT I did my workout and felt great!
I did a 35 min. hill program on the tread and lifted arms, back, legs, and abs and then went back and did 25 mins on the bike.

Hey, if you are ever waiting for me to open the gym, just open it....I don't mind at all. You know the routine...that would be great. My work is pretty erratic, so I can't always get to this very early in the day!
