Hello everyone, I finally decided to try the boca flame grilled burgers I've heard about on OH. They were very good. They taste like a whopper from Burger King. I just popped it in the microwave. I put it on a slice of low carb bread with a slice of cheese and a little mayo and ketchup. MMMMM delicous. I got them at Walmart. Here are the nutrition facts. Diana, I really like the spicy black bean burgers as well. I don't know if they are Boca brand or not, but, they are in the same place in the freezer section. Lori

Hi Diana, I don't know if you've seen them or not, but there is also a brand called Morningstar Farms that makes vegetarian type meat products. I think they are the ones who make Tomato-basil Pizza Burgers, Philly Cheesesteak burgers and maybe even the Spicy black bean ones Lori mentioned. Both also make chicken patties and Morningstar Farms makes honey-mustard chicken nuggets. Boca also makes Lasagna and Chili (maybe you've seen it). I can't say enough about these products. I love them. It's not that I am a vegetarian, but if I can eat something that tastes like meat and know that if I bite down into something odd, it is purely vegetable (and not a vein or gristle or something - YUCK!). Sorry to gross anyone out - lol. So, try them all; they're great. Obviously some things have less protein and more calories, but sometimes it's worth it. Take Care, Tanja

Hi Tanja, I've seen that brand before tried anything from it. What do you watch? I've always just been watching carbs and kinda think I need to start looking at fat. What's your most favorite food from all the things you listed? Hope you have a good weekend, Diana
