Suggestions about sore tailbone

I thought I would start a new post about this since it is such a common problem. I have found that if I sit real high in my chair the problem is lessened. When we are heavier our bulk pushes us away from the back of our chairs and we get used to sitting that way. Scoot as far back in your chair as you can. Sit on your butt and thighs. Don't sit on your tailbone. See if this helps. Good luck, Loris

I am definitely going to try that because my butt hurts all the time and sitting on pillows doesn't help it. Thanks. Lurnia
