Gym Is Open (Friday)
I know it is late in the day, but, its the first chance I've had to post. Sorry.
I was still feeling stressed out this morning and really did a longer than usual workout at the gym (I was there 2 hours).
I did 30 minutes walking the track, then my weight circuit through 3 times, then 25 minutes on the treadmill.
Here is the weight circuit for Fridays.
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
