Gym Is Open (Weekend)

Because I know I'll have a crazy weekend coming up, I'm posting this now. I will try and post my exercise as I do it. What did you do to move your body this weekend? Lori

Hi Diana, Haven't done any formal exercising this weekend myself. Been running around like crazy though. Saw "World Trade Center" yesterday. Cried several times. Very good though. Love, Lori

Hi Lori, Oh I want to see that but hubby doesn't want to. We saw Invincible Friday and we enjoyed that. Today he wanted to see beerfest. It was so stupid. It looked stupid but he wanted to see it and I just love going to the movies. Today I caught meself closing my eyes several times. LOL Glad we only paid two bucks each. There are some good movies coming out soon. I can't wait for the Guardian to come out. Love and hugs, Diana

Hi Lori, Today (Sunday) I walked two miles outside. I also did three miles on my gazelle and three miles on my exercise bike. I was a bad girl today. Hubby and I went to a pizza buffet. Oh it was so good. This local pizza place has coupons out and we can get two buffets and a diet coke for hubby for a little over six bucks. You can't beat it and they have really good pizza and a great salad bar. Yes I even had some dessert pizza. Shame on me!!! Take care, Diana

On Saturday I did 40 minutes on my stationary bike at home - time sure flies when you're pedaling and flipping channels on the TV! Sunday was a delightful, lazy day - I haven't had one of those in a long time, so enjoyed every minute of it! Kellie

Kellie, Best way to do a stationary bike is to watch tv or listen to a book on your iPod...cuts the boredom! Lori
