MONDAY WEIGH IN!
Hello to all,
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Its that time of week to hop on the scale and either go who hoo! Or want to slam it against the wall lol..... Either way, im sure you have done your best....
Beginning weight-397
surgery weight-386
last week-253
this week-252 (that time of month for me ugh)
Hugs Marge
Well, here's my numbers:
Pre-surgery: 396
Day of Surgery: 386
Last Monday: 240.9
This Monday: 242.7
I've been fluctuating between 240 and 242 for about 20 days now. My normal "pattern" for the past 3-4 months is that I stay the same weight for 2-3 weeks, then lose for a week or two. So if my "pattern" holds true, I should see some loss in the next couple weeks. I sure hope so, but am at least grateful that I'm not gaining!
Good luck to everyone on sticking to the plan this week
Kellie

144 pounds lost!!
42 to goal!!
I hit my 10 month anniversary on Sat. and had really slowed down but I had hernia repair on Friday and for some reason it kicked the weight loss in the rear. Yeah!!!!
Good luck to you all, Jennifer
Pre-surgery: 374
Day of Surgery: 354
Last Monday: 329
This Monday: 326
That's 48lbs so far, I was really hoping for 50 since today is my one month post-op Dr's appt. (actually it's been 6 weeks but Dr was on vacation). I'm thrilled to have lost the 48 though!
I go back into the hospital to work on the stricture on Friday. I'll be so glad when it's all over!

Today is my two-week anniversary since I had surgery, and I'm moving to Stage 3 foods, which means I can put shredded cheese in my cream of wheat, yum! I also plan to try fat free refried beans and cheese today, so if you hear a sonic boom, don't be alarmed, it just means it didn't agree with me.
I don't see my surgeon until Thursday, so I don't know if my weight is accurate, but I guess I have to learn to trust my scale at some point. Here we go:
Beginning weight: 530
Surgery weight: 407
Last week: 401
This week: 392
I'm still trying to figure out how to realize I'm full and don't need to eat any more food. I'm also working hard to get in my 64 oz of water, which is harder than I thought it would be, but I manage.
Hugs,
Kix
