Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

I am back on schedule now so I am walking 1 1/2 miles in the morning for now. I may try to do it again tonight but for some reason the treadmill bothers my knee. I prefer the elliptical but the hotel we are staying at dosen't have one. I figure atleast I am moving my body in the morning I will be successful.

My suggestion is to make an appt with a personal trainer. They will break you out of your rut. Hopefully, you can find one that you can just get 1 appt with or 3 appts with. Then it isn't so tough to afford.
Good luck...but, the main thing is, you are moving!!! Good for you!
