Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Hi everybody!
Well, I started Weigh****chers yesterday and today I'm trying to live by the point system. I get a total of 28 pts a day. It is only 10:30 am here and I've only got 16 pts left....
I did exercise for 90 minutes this morning. Here is what I did:
50 minutes treadmill
40 minutes lower body weight training and abs

hi Lori,
I walked fast 45 minutes this morning, listening to Areosmith and others on my IPOD. Yesterday 40 mins, day before 40 mins too. I feel SO happy with myself, as when I started in May I could barely walk 3 blocks.
Scale should be here today or tomorrow so I will finally know much I have lost. It's been a month since I weighed.
