Gym Is Open (Saturday)
Hi everybody! Hope you have a nice holiday weekend planned, even if it just means you are going to catch up on rest!
I worked out for 2 hours this morning. I'm so determined to get that scale to move!
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill then I:
S Ball Curl-In (hamstring curl)
Ball Fly with Ring
Ball One Arm Press with Ring
Grab Ankle leg push down
Pec Fly Machine (No seat)
Ball balance alt. leg/arm lift
Push/Pull w/cable alt. sides
Tricep cable pushdowns
DB Bicep curl
Cable Upright Row
Cable Squat
Then I did 45 more minutes on the treadmill! So, I've already done 4.6 miles today. Woohoo! Even though I've really struggled to lose this last 40 lbs, I am proud of the physical progress I've made.

Hi Lori,
I walked a little over a mile with my husband on the Thea Foss Waterway here in Tacoma, by the Glass Museum. It is so beautiful.
