Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
You know, I usually avoid these since I haven't been able to do much. But, I just got the "Weigh2Win" tape and I've actually been doing it! It's nice and simple and let's me sit down, which is perfect for my back.
So, this morning I did my 20 minute workout with the video and I am already feeling a difference
On Tuesday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work.
My workout buddy and I are keeping track of our miles and are "traveling" to Niagara Falls. When we've done enough miles on the ellipitical trainer and/or walking to get to Niagara Falls, which is 203.1 miles from Cleveland, we're going to reward ourselves by actually going to Niagara Falls. We average between 2.75 and 3.25 miles each time we go, so we figure it will take us 4-6 months to get to Niagara Falls.
Anyway, just thought I'd share that as a long-term idea that's keeping us motivated!
