Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Well, like a nut, I overdid it at the gym last night in new shoes and have 2 big blisters on my feet. I did however bandage them up and go to the gym again this morning, but, was severely hampered in what I tried to accomplish. I'm now wearing sandals, hoping these things heal fast! I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the recumbant bike. Then limped home.... What did you do to move your body today? Lori

HI Lori, I mowed the grass on my big back yard. I also went to the YMCA track and walked two miles. I did two miles on my gazelle. I hope your feet are feeling better. Blisters suck!!! Take care, Diana

The usual for me again - 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I'm looking forward to the new session of water aerobics classes starting up soon - it adds variety to my workout routine... Kellie 396/232/165?

Kellie, Having variety in my workout helps so much! I even try to make it to a water aerobics class once in awhile as I really like them. They just don't fit my schedule too well. Good for you! Keep it up! Lori
