Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Well, like a nut, I overdid it at the gym last night in new shoes and have 2 big blisters on my feet. I did however bandage them up and go to the gym again this morning, but, was severely hampered in what I tried to accomplish. I'm now wearing sandals, hoping these things heal fast!
I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the recumbant bike. Then limped home....
