Welcome!! this is a great site and I enjoyed reading your profile. I am only 10 months out so still kind of a newbi myself i guess. My advice to anyone starting out is to please take your measurements. You may not want to now ( I didn't) but you will be glad when you start going down in size. I never feel smaller even when the scales say I am but for some reason I trust my tape measure. 100 inches gone forever!!!!! Also your pics on your profile are so pretty. good luck on your journey and welcome again, jennifer 361 / 212 / 175ish

Hi Amy, My BMI is around 65 or so....I'd have to look at my profile to be certain. My surgery is slated for 9/18/06. I can't wait! RNY here I come! It has been ages since I have tied my shoes, crossed my legs, sat in a normal chair, been able to walk upright without a cane and finally cooked dinner without sitting down. Keep fighting. Check up on everything. My surgeon's office asked me to keep the calls to a minimum but had I followed that advice, I'd still be waiting. Hopefully you will be one of the quick turn around ones.
