Gym Is Open (Friday)
Hi Lori,
I went for a walk in our neighborhood with hubby and then we walked to our favorite pizza place and we shared their yummy house salad and I also ate a few bites of the inside of his calzone. Heaven.
Then we walked home. This pizza place is about 2.5 blocks from our house. I used to have a hard time walking there, now I walked a mile before I went! I know I keep yippeeing about how far I can walk, but it is making me so happy.

Celebrate all your little successes. I think the thing I love the most about the 150 lbs I've lost is how well I can move! I couldn't walk around the block, now I average 5 miles a day...how cool is that!
Glad you liked the recipes. I will start making them again soon myself. As it is becoming soup season!
