Had a few rough patches and totally screwed up exercising for the month of August and just been kinda blah lately. However, I went to Goodwill this weekend on a short and t-shirt hunt. I picked up three pair of shorts and brought them home with me. I purchased a pair of 18 Old Navy shorts exactly like the ones I was wearing (mine that I had on were 22's), size 14 Tommy shorts, and a size 16 in a brand I'm not familiar with. My thinking was to keep the 14's and 16's around to keep trying on. I sure didn't think I'd be able to get them on. To my utter shock and amazement I got them all on. The 18 Old Navy's fit and I knew they would because the 22's I was wearing were baggy but I actually got the 14's up and over my hips. I couldn't get them buttoned or zipped but I got them up and on. I got the 16's buttoned and zipped but they are TOO uncomfortable to wear out anywhere. I can't believe I actually have a size 14 in my dresser drawer and they belong to ME!!! What a THRILL...an absolute THRILL!! I keep wondering what size I'll be in when we move home. For those that don't know yet we got lucky enough to get stationed in our hometown of Savannah Ga!! I am so happy to be moving home!! However, living in Hawaii for three years I have NO winter clothes..zippo! My boys each own one pair of pants and that is it! None of us owns a jacket or sweaters or anything. Looks like we'll all have some serious shopping to do soon...and shopping is RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!!! I used to hate it but now I just LOVE to shop. I'll be able to shop anywhere I want soon. I can't imagine what that will feel like though!? Thanks for letting me share my WOW moment with you! Hugs, Jamie

Jamie, Pick up that exercising and you will be wearing those 14s before you know it! I know, I know, I sound like a broken record. But, I'm happy to say that when I went shopping over the weekend, I bought all 16s!!!! I couldn't believe it. And they fit me now! My hips and butt have slimmed down considerably...it must be the exercise as my lbs have changed only slightly in the past 3 months. Lori 384/235/199

If you're like me, you will LOVE working out with your IPod. I love being able to listen to such a variety of music! It keeps me going and makes the 40-45 minutes of workout time just fly by. Enjoy your new toy Kellie

Great Jamie! I listened to music on my iPod while I worked out for months, now I'm hooked on listening to books...they both help so much! Lori
