I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for cardio, then I did: stability disk bicep curls and pull ups 4 different kinds of ab workouts stability ball flyaway and arm extensions What did you do to move your body today? Lori

On Monday, I moved from the recliner to the bathroom to the water cooler, then back to the recliner again... I had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted last Friday so it'll be a few days before I'm ready to head back to the gym. I do, however, look forward to going back! Especially because when I've been away for a few days, I get a nice boost to my weight loss when I go back. Keep moving, everyone! I'll be back with you as soon as I'm up to it Kellie
