
ok I have a problem....it is

crazy, but I am a yo-yo here lately

, I can't hit the 250 mark

@ all... I am getting in all the protein, I am taking in more calories, excerising...

and I have hit another stall. I am going on 10 months out, and have lost thus far 159lbs

So Please share your secrets

, clue me in on your ideas

I greatly appreciate any all input from each person....
