MONDAY WEIGH IN!
Ok ... so here I come almost a whole week late on this ... whoosh, my life got busy on me!
Started doing my protein shakes again twice a day, and started varying my workout routine and that has seemed to shove me off the plateau I've been on all summer, so YAY!!
Starting weight: 442 lbs.
Surgery weight: 430 lbs.
Last week: 233 lbs
This week: 225 lbs
My nut told me that I will hit the fabled 80%-of-total-weight-to-lose mark when I weigh 205 lbs so 20 more pounds to that and then only 5 lbs more to ... the WONDERFULS!!! Just 25 more lbs!!! Who'da thunk it in 17 months my life would be this different??!!?? This is one little 25 lb goal-segment I'm looking really forward to!
