I just recieved this recipe that I think that you would like. This is a sugar free dessert, so no regrets enjoy........... Kwheen Prep Time: 5 min Total Time: 5 min Makes: 4 servings, about 2/3 cup each 2 cups cold fat free milk 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. SPOON evenly into four dessert dishes. SERVE immediately.
